LAYBY

JBA offers layby services to our customers. We require a 20% deposit of the total purchase price, usually via bank transfer, and you have up to 2 months to pay the balance of the item from the date of purchase or your layby is forfeit. Deposits and payments are non-refundable on cancellation, expiry or forfeit of the layby.

Please purchase the item as per normal through the website and click on Bank Deposit as your payment option.

Paypal payments for layby will incur additional Paypal fee charges due to the nature of their fee structure.

Please use your Shipping Address postcode as a banking reference, if the destination postcode of the parcel is not the same as the Billing Address postcode. Please also email us whenever you make a layby payment so we can keep track of your payments.

Your item(s) status will remain as "Awaiting Payment" until the layby is complete.

PRE-ORDERING

If we don't have the item in stock, you may use the form below to Contact Us to pre-order the item so you can get it as soon as it gets to us! Pre-Ordering requires a downpayment. There are no refunds on pre-orders. Please refer to the Layby section.

If you see the item available in the Pre-Order LEGO® section, please purchase the item as per normal through the website.
